The International Association of Fish Inspectors based in Canada brings together Fish Inspectors and those that have an interest in this fascinating field from different countries and backgrounds – government, the fish and seafood harvesting, processing and marketing industries, academia, public and private organizations and other diverse disciplines to provide them with opportunities. They have regional committees in North America, Asia, Europe, South America, Africa and Australasia / Pacific.

International Association of Fish Inspectors hosts the World Seafood Congress and a number of other regional events.
